International Shipping 

Please note, all customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. So please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Although we do our best to advise accurate delivery times, they may be extended during particularly busy periods for our carriers. 


Order Processing

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days excluding public holidays. Please allow extra time for your parcel during promotion periods to allow us to process all parcels.  

Pre-Order Items

The estimated delivery date of pre-order items can be found within the product description, and any orders containing pre-order or delayed delivery products are ineligible for next day and express delivery options. 

Your complete order will always be dispatched within one package, meaning that any orders which contain pre-order items will not be dispatched until the date stated on the pre-order item. 

If you would like to receive your additional items prior to this date, we would recommend creating two separate orders. 


Additional Information 

We have no control of your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact your shipping provider directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.


To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please note once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.
